Holiday Inn Express is currently seeking part-time Front Desk Agents/Night Auditors to service their Madison, Ohio location. In this role, you will be responsible for checking in/out guests and responding to guest's requests.
OPEN INTERVIEWS: Monday - Friday 10 AM-4PM
Our Front Desk Agent will:
- Greet, check-in, and check out guests when they arrive and leave the premises, distribute keys and room assignments, and record credit card and personal information
- Manage room bookings in-person, online, and through incoming calls
- Answer guests' questions about hotel amenities, rewards programs, special requests, and any other needs
- Perform regular bookkeeping duties
- Connect with housekeeping department to ensure guest accommodations are ready
- 3-4 shifts a week
- Nights and weekend availability is a must
The right candidate will have:
- Previous experience working a front desk in a hotel setting preferred
